Oak Estate “1000 Vines” Chardonnay 2018
The fruit for this wine comes from a selected parcel of 1000 vines in a corner of our “Home Block”. The grapes were hand harvested, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented in French oak. The result is a full-bodied, rich wine with ripe tropical fruit flavours and sweet oak.
