All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.

We do not allow comments to be left on this site. If visitors were able to leave comments on the site we would collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We do not allow visitors to upload media to this site. All media is copyrighted to the rightful owner, if infringements are found, it is the copyright holder’s responsibility to find the perpetrator, we do not hold any information of the third-party images displayed on this website. Pure Restaurant Ltd t/a Oak Estate Wines uses the STRIPE® Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. STRIPE® is PCI DSS compliant and is PCI DSS Tier 1 certified. STRIPE® is audited annually by external authorities to gain such accreditation. STRIPE® processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian and New Zealand merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments over the internet.
When you place your order at Pure Restaurant Ltd t/a Oak Estate Wines you are redirected to securely use the STRIPE®’s secure online credit card processing form to enter your credit card details. STRIPE® secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Pure Restaurant Ltd t/a Oak Estate Wines does not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using STRIPE®’s secure servers. We use their hosted payment gateway as we believe this gives you the most secure environment to enter your payment details.

Your personal information and Internet use
While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.
