Salmon coloured sparkling Rose. The traditional methode has been used to create silky beads and a touch of brioche leading to a finish with a hint of creaminess. The fruit developed into a palate of raspberry, cranberry and a scent of rose petal. Well balanced with fresh acidity. 20 months on lees, 10g/l dosage.
